When two celebrities love each other very much and have a special cuddle and end up impregnated, you can usually safely assume that the name of their resulting child will be a) bonkers b) terrible and c) so gobsmackingly breathtaking that a court of law should probably take the decision out of their hands and rename their offspring Bob or something. Especially if it's a girl.
But Big Reunion couple Natasha Hamilton and Ritchie Neville have picked a name that is surprisingly normal, that would sound alright even when it's being bellowed across the playground by an irate teacher. A name, dare we say it, that a future prime minister might rock.
The name in question? Ella. Nice, right?
Speaking to a magazine this week, former Atomic Kitten Natasha explained how she has always liked the name and it's not overused - though both she and Ritchie's mums have been pushing them to pick a middle name like Brooke.
Even Natasha's other children - 11-year-old Josh, Harry, nine, and Alfie, four - have already been calling their unborn baby sister by her chosen moniker. So they're stuck with it now, basically.
Natasha and Ritchie got together in October last year, having been friends for years and YEARS but only getting their smooch on during the Big Reunion.
On April 1st this year they announced Natasha's pregnancy, leaving a lot of us waiting for the inevitable April Fools punchline. But it never came. It never came.
Anyway, Natasha's giving birth to her fourth child in autumn, and her due date is two weeks after ex-bandmate Kerry Katona's wedding to fiancé George Kay.
