Like the rest of the world, we have been absolutely obsessed with Charlie Brooker’s Black Mirror series ever since it first came out in 2011.
The sci-fi programme focuses around “a twisted, high-tech near future, where humanities greatest inventions and darkest inventions collide.” So yep, if you haven’t seen it, be warned…its spooky.
The season four trailer reveals the names of six new episodes coming soon to Netflix, alongside small snippets from each, to give us a sneaky preview.
And as per, the names are seriously weird and mysterious. There’s ‘Crocodile’, set in a desolate looking snowy location, 'Arkangel', where a child is given some sort of implant and 'Uss Callister', which is set in space.
Then 'Hang the DJ' involves a new handheld device,'Metalhead' features robots, and 'Black Museum' hints at a racist instalment.
Yep, the trailer is predictably ambiguous, but if they’re anything like the last three series then we know we’re going to be on the edge of our seats.
Since Black Mirror is now exclusively on Netflix and has a whopping big budget, we can expect to see some massive names joining the cast and the production team, including Breaking Bad’s Jesse Plemons and directors including Jodie Foster and The Sopranos’ Tim Van Patten.
There’s yet to be a release date for the new seires, but we seriously CANNOT WAIT.
