Your least favourite Stark will return in Game Of Thrones: Season 6

We bet you'd forgotten about them, right?

Guess who's back? Back again? Bran Stark's back. Tell a friend.

Yep, everyones' least favourite Stark (the one everyone had pretty much forgotten about) is going to be back in season 6 of Game Of Thrones. BUT, there is some good news - this means we'll get to see more of fan favourite, Hodor.

Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) is Ned Stark's son who was left disabled after the very first episode of the show, and has since gone adventuring in the north, possessing animals and going on about a three-eyed raven.

TOP NEWS

He was absent from season 5 of the show, as his storyline had caught up with the books, however, this new season will overtake the books, as George R. R. Martin STILL hasn't finished the next one. Come on, buddy. Hurry up with that, will ya?

Isaac told The Irish Examiner: "I can't say a lot, but I am back this season and it's going to get particularly interesting with Bran.

"He has some interesting visions."

OOOH VISIONS. If there's one thing we love, it's visions. Visions of things that either haven't happened yet, or probably won't ever happen. That's waaaay more interesting than having Jon Snow alive and actually doing things... sorry, we just miss him a lot.

The co-showrunner, David Benioff, compared Bran's upcoming storyline to Luke Skywalker becoming a Jedi: "It would be far less interesting, after The Empire Strikes Back, to have an hour-long movie in between Empire and Return of the Jedi where Luke is training.

"It's so much cooler to cut from the end of *Empire* to the beginning of *Return*, where he's become the Jedi."

Right. So Bran is a Jedi now? We assume David is referencing Bran's Warg powers. Maybe Bran has mastered his animal-possessing talents now and can start wreaking some owl-based revenge on those pesky Lannisters.

When pestered about whether Jon Snow is actually dead, Isaac knew nothing, a bit like the man in question: "I don't know [if actor Kit Harington is returning]. He's said he's not. I wish he would because I love Kit and because the character's so cool. Who knows? We start filming series six at the end of this month, so we'll see."

Kit Harrington was spotted at Wimbledon sporting his long Jon Snow lockes, which he's very publicly insisted that he can't wait to chop off, so we're going to remain quietly hopeful.
