Celebrity Big Brother: Alexander O’Neal tells Chloe Goodman to cover up because of “wandering eyes”

Celebrity Big Brother’s Chloe Goodman has been told to cover up by fellow housemate Alexander O’Neal in the wake of Jeremy Jackson’s ‘grope’-gate.

In an incredible display of victim blaming, Alexander told the Ex On The Beach star that she should be more careful when she’s getting changed because there might be wandering eyes spying on her.

On Monday night’s show, the American R&B singer called Chloe over to give her some ‘friendly’ words of advice.

“I have to give it to you because I care. Living in an environment like this, with a group of men around you, there’s no sneaky way to get dressed,” he said.

“You don't give no man a chance, I say it because I care but it was too much exposure.”

He added that he sees her as a daughter figure so looks away whenever she’s changing, but other men in the house might not.

Just in case you still thought feminism wasn’t necessary any more, the same show had Ken Morley – who has since been removed for making a string of racist and sexist comments – telling Chloe that she had brought the Jeremy situation on herself by, er, being a woman? We think that’s what he was trying to say? That she was a woman, therefore it was her fault Jeremy exposed her boob?

“You’re a single girl, you’re 21, you go into a room with a person you only know slightly wearing only a robe. I think that’s dodgy,” the 71-year-old Coronation Street actor told her.

Chloe replied: “You’re saying I kind of helped the situation? Should I have known that Jeremy would do that?”

Yup. Nice, huh?

It’s not even the worst thing Ken said of his female housemates – he also told Nadia Sawalha that the other women in the CBB line-up had “some of the best looking arses I’ve ever seen”.

When she reacted by telling him his remarks had ‘rapey’ connotations, he laughed it off.

Nadia later told Big Brother in the Diary Room they should call the police on Ken, later telling some of the others: “He basically saying it’s OK to rape some women if they have a short skirt on and a low top.”

Let’s hope everyone starts being nicer to each other now Ken and Jeremy have gone, yeah?
