Celebrity Big Brother housemates ‘threatened to walk’ before Ken Morley was kicked out

The Celebrity Big Brother housemates were poised to stage a walk-out unless Ken Morley was removed following his string of racist and sexist comments.

According to the Daily Star, in some unaired scenes, some of the famous faces were prepared to leave the show unless Big Brother took action against the Coronation Street star.

On Tuesday night’s show we saw Loose Woman presenter Nadia Sawalha tell the Diary Room that she was considering leaving before Ken got the heave-ho.

“He was making me really ill, that toxicity. And I was starting to feel like I was get upset and I don't want my children to see me crying or hear about it,” she had added.

Perez was also super-happy to see the back of Ken – he was caught on camera in the bedroom saying “Thank you!” out loud to himself, and: “A happy Perez is better than an about to quit the show Perez.”

He then compared 71-year-old Ken to cancer, saying: “I feel like a weight has been lifted off the house, I feel like we’re cancer-free now.”

The CBB line-up has been particularly controversial this year, what with two of the housemates being removed already and a third (Perez) being given a warning over threatening language.

US R&B star Alexander O’Neal was on the receiving end of some nasty remarks from Ken, who repeatedly referred to him as a “n***o” despite Alexander asking him not to.
