UPDATE
A statement from CBB bosses says:
"Ken Morley has been removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house for using unacceptable and offensive language following his formal warning. Tuesday’s eviction is now cancelled and lines are now closed. Anyone who has already voted will be able to apply for a full refund and details will be available on the Big Brother website within 24 hours."
Celebrity Big Brother’s Ken Morley is trying to wriggle his way out of a brewing racism storm by excusing the remarks he made to Alexander O’Neal as too much “political correctness”.
He was warned by Big Brother on Saturday night’s show after repeatedly referring to Alex as “a n***o”, despite the American rapper asking him not to.
“Ken, don’t use n***o. Just use black,” he told the Coronation Street actor.
When Ken tried to defend his comments by saying the word is Spanish, Alexander reminded Ken that he is not.

It wasn’t the only disgusting thing to come out of Ken’s mouth all weekend – he also told the housemates he was heading to the bathroom because it’s “the best place in the world to look at women’s arses”. Grim.
When Big Brother issued an official warning and told him he could be removed from the house if he continued, Ken said he had already apologised to the people involved in his bizarre conversations.
“I said sorry I used the word ‘arse’, because it was a shock. Foul language like that in public, I mean, you know, it’ll shatter the nation that, you know.
“When I’m confronted by a certain irrationality and preciousness, I feel I have to say something,” he continued.
"I'm particularly cheesed off with this boring, boring political correctness that's arrived all of a sudden, like a latter day Victorianism. Enough's enough.”
Ah yes, political correctness. Funny how normal people who believe their fellow humans are equal in every sense never invoke the PC brigade, isn’t it? Funny how it’s never the ones on the receiving end of abusive comments complaining about “political correctness gorn mad”, eh?
Looks like Ken’s self-imposed gossamer-thin layer of decentness is wearing off already – he told the Diary Room that his wife had made him promise not to use foul language or upset anyone before he had gone into the house.
“I hope my wife isn’t watching, you have no idea of the pain that will be inflicted on me,” he said.
“You’ll never get a wicked word out of me again. I shall be the epitome of good behaviour. Just watch, you’ll get nothing from me.”
Somehow we doubt that, Ken.
