The summer series of Big Brother has officially begun, and 16 brand-spanking new housemates are currently in the confines of the Big Brother house. We can just tell that this series is going to be explosive with the diverse mix of housemates that have gone in.
One of the new housemates is Chanelle McCleary - and you might just have seen her on your telly before! Read on to find out more.
Who is Chanelle McCleary?
Chanelle McCleary is a 24-year-old lingerie, commercial and fashion model from Manchester. In her VT for the show, she says: "At the moment, I'm fulfilling my modelling career, who doesn't want to get paid for strutting their stuff".
She also says that her 'main job' is as a care assistant as she likes to 'care and help people', adding that people probably won't expect her to be doing it.
What TV shows has Chanelle McCleary been on before?
She is probably best-known for being on the sixth series of Ex on the Beach. Coming on the show as Josh Ritchie's ex, Chanelle's stay was certainly eventful! She washed up onto the beach and got into a fight with her ex Josh, even scratching him! If that wasn't enough, she got into a fight with Geordie Shore's Zahida Allen, with security having to remove Chanelle from the show. We were also treated to the ghastly screeches of 'WAHHHHHH' when Chanelle got into arguments.
Chanelle has also appeared on many TV shows in her quest to find love including Take Me Out, *Dinner Date *and Dating in the Dark.
Who is Chanelle dating?
Chanelle is currently in a relationship. She is regularly updating her Instagram with pictures of the two of them. She even tweeted: "Appreciate my man so much, he's so supportive and thoughtful, literally is my best friend aswell as boyfriend, rare to find these days". (Guess we won't be seeing any hanky-panky from Chanelle then)
What can we expect from Chanelle in the house?
After her tumultuous time on Ex on the Beach, we can expect just as much craziness from Chanelle. She says: "I can't argue with people, so I just go WAHHHHHH in their face". She also explains that if she has a problem with someone, it's going to be a big problem when she's had a drink. (Don't be stingy with the alcohol this year BB)
