Imagine being Channing Tatum's wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum. Imagine being the very first person to see Channing Tatum's face in the morning. Imagine having Channing Tatum make you breakfast in bed, and when you've finished Channing Tatum [REST OF SENTENCE REDACTED BY YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER].
What we're trying to get at here is that Jenna Dewan-Tatum is probably the luckiest woman in the world. Why? Because she gets to decide which dances Channing Tatum does in the new Magic Mike film.
As Channing explained on yesterday's Today show, his character Mike will be dancing "probably five times as much" in* Magic Mike XXL*, which is scheduled to hit cinemas next year.
"This is the superbowl version of what the first one was," he added.
ACTUAL SWOON. Channing will be re-joining his co-stars Joe Manganiello and Gabriel Iglesias in the second movie, but director Greg Jacobs said we shouldn't be thinking of it as a sequel.
"It’s [a] road trip movie and put it this way, it's different enough that once you see it you’ll understand why we made a sequel," he told an interviewer recently.
"No-one will be accusing us of making the same movie twice."
