Cheryl Fernandez-Versini says she doesn't know if she'll be coming back to the X Factor next series. Hmmmm.
We're currently at the X Factor Final press conference at Wembley Arena, and asked if she would be a panelist next year, she said: "I don't know if I'm coming back. We haven't talked about it.
"It's too soon to know, especially two days before the final!"
It seems Cheryl Fernandez-Versini may have had enough after just one series. Asked if she would return to the show, Cheryl last week said: “I would have to talk about it because it's been very emotional.
"You get attached - you try not to but we're human at the end of the day. You can't help but feel the emotion. It's tough. You've probably seen us shrinking week on week.”
Speaking today about Simon Cowell having two acts - Fleur East and Ben Haenow - in the finals, she said: "He is so smug about having two acts in the final, so smug. You can see it in his face when he says 'my two finalists'."
And asked about her contestant, Lauren Platt, who left the competition on Sunday, she said: "Lauren is lovely and we're still very close. She's on 17 so she's still got a lot of growing to do as an artist. I'll be there every step of way to help and advise her.'
Which is nice, isn't it? We wonder if that offer is still open to Cher Lloyd?
