It seems Chris Brown may be in a spot of trouble with his baby mama - Nia Guzman-Amey, over a 'child support battle'.

The Ayo singer, who took his daughter Royalty, to the Billboard Music Awards last weekend, has reportedly stopped paying Nia $2,500 (around £1,600) a month.

TMZ reports the rnb star decided to cut off the cash supply after Texas-based former model Nia requested that the payments be increased to $15,000 (£10,000) a month.

The website claims that Nia's lawyer, Carl Moore, filing documents demanding a new sum, in addition to missed payments.

They also reported Chris says Nia's treating the baby 'like a winning lottery ticket' despite her claims that he's being 'incredibly cheap and their daughter is suffering' as a result.

Chris, previously dated Rihanna, and in March this year his on-off four-year relationship with Karrueche came to an abrupt end after it was revealed he had fathered a child with Nia while they were together.

In a recent interview Karrueche spoke about her break up with Chris. And after having previously borken up and gotten back together, this time the model said in an tell-all interview with US host Iyanla Vanzant that she will NOT be getting back with Chris. Right now.

Karrueche answered the question ‘Would she take Chris Brown back?’ with: “No, right now, I’m saying no.”
