Channel 5 bosses have removed Christopher Biggins, 67, from the Celebrity Big Brother house for "offensive language".
In a statment, they said: "Big Brother has taken the decision to remove Christopher Biggins from the Celebrity Big Brother house. Since entering Big Brother, he has made a number of comments capable of causing great offence to housemates and the viewing public.
"Big Brother does not tolerate offensive language capable of causing widespread offence. Christopher Biggins has left the house."
Emma Willis will apparently reveal the full reason behind the decision to remove Biggins and the scenes will air in Saturday night’s show on Channel 5 at 9pm.
In regards to what he said and to whom, the channel said it would give "no further comment."
On Tuesday’s show, viewers claimed Biggins acted biophobic during a conversation with Mob Wives star Renee Graziano.
He asked her: "Do you have a problem with gay people?."
She said: "When you’re gay you’re gay. And I think it’s beautiful because I think it’s who you are and it’s natural.
"But I think today in society they kind of force things on people and they confuse you."
Biggins then agreed, adding that he felt that some people claiming to be LGBT were doing so as it was “trendy”.
He the later added, "I think the worst type though is, I’m afraid to say, the bisexuals.
"What it is is people not wanting to admit they are gay."
