Everyone wants to be a member of Stereo Kicks, apparently.

Remember when Calvin Harris stormed the X Factor stage during Jedward’s performance back in 2009, now the Stereo Kicks boys are the latest victims of a stage-crashing prank.

Comedian Lee Nelson rushed the stage during the boys’ performance of ‘You Are Not Alone’ but was quickly ushered off stage by security- but not before he’d already shaken hands with singer Jake Sims, who seemed to find the whole thing hilarious.

Lee later took to Twitter explaining his move, writing: “There’s so many of you on the stage, did you even notice someone else had joined you?”

“There are so many of them I thought anyone could have a go.

“Really hope the boys keep me on #LeeNelsonForStereoKicks.”

Simon (obv) wasn’t very impressed with the prank, but heaped praise on Stereo Kicks for continuing with their performance.

He said: “Good for you for keeping going, these things happen on live TV. You bounced back from last week. I hope the public keep you in.”

Louis then said: “Everyone wants to be in this band now - someone just walked out of the audience onto the stage!”

We wonder if Lee will return to the stage tonight?? (Something tells us X Factor security won’t let this happen…)
