CONFIRMED: Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Nick Grimshaw AND Rita Ora all signed up to The X Factor 2015

Exciting news – Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has just let slip the full line-up of the judging panel on this year's X Factor!

The singer confirmed that she'll be returning to the show along with Simon Cowell, plus Rita Ora and Nick 'Grimmy' Grimshaw taking seats beside them.

Rita has already appeared as a guest judge back in 2012 but said she "can't wait" to find some talented singers. "It's the new generation taking over. Booooom!" she said.

Grimmy, meanwhile, is best known for his breakfast radio presenting, but as a "religious" watcher of The X Factor since it started, reckons he's the right person for the job.

"Music is my job and my passion and I'm really looking forward to seeing what talent we can find and nurture this year. I can't wait for Judges Houses in Oldham," he added.

OMG – we can't wait to see his house either!

Despite some grumblings from ex-judge Louis Walsh, who recently told heat he thought Cheryl was "lazy" and "irrelevant", she'll be coming back to the show for her fifth series.

She said: "I haven't been as excited about an X Factor season since I first became a judge.

"The addition of Rita and Grimmy along with some interesting changes we've made to the format has refocused us to do what we do best, finding talent and making stars. I cannot wait to get started."

Meanwhile, show creator and head judge Simon said he thinks he'll be in for "a rough time" with a much younger panel of judges, but hopes to find a new star.

The X Factor returns to ITV this autumn. CANNAE WAIT.
