Everybody loves Dan Osborne, don’t they? DON’T THEY?! Of course they do! Well, they certainly do when he strips off and does things with his muscles.
So it’s a good thing he’s been doing just that – The Only Way Is Essex star whipped off his top and showed off his six-pack whilst competing in Essex’s Strongest Man for his reality show.
Danny boy made us feel bad about our fitness regime but SO GOOD at the same time because, well, just look at him, by throwing about some heavy kettlebells and having a tug of war while his TOWIE castmates watched (tee hee!).
His pal James Lock was on hand to spot him whilst he carried out his muscleman duties and he showed Ricky Rayment who’s boss by, erm, picking him up.
