Daniel O’Donnell joins Strictly Come Dancing 2015

Daniel O'Donnell, the irish singer, presenter and general nice charity-doing guy has joined the line up of Strictly Come Dancing 2015.

He said: "Earlier this year, I decided to take a short break from touring and told myself that I would only consider doing something if it was both different and exciting, well what could be more exciting than Strictly Come Dancing?

"I love to dance and boy am I looking forward to getting started and being the best that I can be!”

Back in 2012 Daniel became the first artist to have a new album in the chart every year for twenty-five years, and he's sold around 15million albums to date.

He'll join the likes of Peter Andre, Carol Kirkwood, Katie Derham, ex-Corrie actress Georgia May Foote and BBC Radio host Jeremy Vine. *EastEnders' *Kellie Bright aka Linda Carter also joined the line up, along with TV chef Ainsley Harriott, who'll probably be doing that 'spice things up' dance that he used to do on Ready, Steady Cook.
