After months of praying for a single ray of sunshine to shine upon the UK, here at heat Towers, we're suddenly finding ourselves wishing the summer away in anticipation of autumn because that's when we'll be watching and obsessing over Celebrity Traitors.
Because when the BBC said CELEBRITY Traitors, they meant it; this line-up slaps SO HARD.

Last week, the press got wind of all the 19 celebrities allegedly signed up for the first-ever celebrity spin-off and were we the only ones surprised to find that it wasn't full of influencers, Love Island stars and TOWIE cast members? We're not complaining about this, btw.
The category for Celebrity Traitors is truly is A-lister with the likes of Stephen Fry, Alan Carr, Nick Mohammad, Paloma Faith, Cat Burns and Tom Daley apparently (we say 'apparently' as technically the BBC and Studio Lambert haven't said a thing) filming in the Scottish Highlands right now.
Sadly, we are going to have to wait out summer before we see how our first batch of celebs get on in Andross Castle, but thankfully for Traitors fans everywhere we've all got show legend Diane Carson to see us through.
We're guessing if you're reading this, you know who Diane is, but if not, not only did she slay on series two of The Traitors (well, before she herself was slayed by her one weakness - fizzy rose) but she is a self-confessed Traitors super-fan so is just as excited for the spin-off as we are.

And luckily for all of us, she's recently launched her own podcast with heat's very own drag superstar, Beary Poppins called Spill the Fizz and it's camp, tea-spilling chaos. And while the podcast isn't exactly a Traitors podcast, it is a hotspot to get Diane's take on all things Traitors and now Celebrity Traitors.
As such, Diane has been sharing her thoughts on all 19 celebs taking part in Celebrity Traitors on her pod, as well as sharing her thoughts on how they'll fair in the game. As we're besties with Beary, she let us in on Diane's hot take before the episode was officially released on Monday (28 April) night - pink nails emoji.
We won't go through all the celebs (listen to the pod, babs), but here were her key takeaways (including a couple of shady ones) on a few of the alleged A-list players...
The Traitors' Diane Carson on...
Alan Carr

'I think [Alan] would make an amazing Traitor because he would be absolutely hilarious because I don't think he'd ever be able to hide it. I think that would make really funny TV.'
Nick Mohammad

'I think he'll be quite funny and quite sweet, actually.'
Clare Balding

'I think she'll have a poker face the whole time, so I think she'll be great. I've never seen her let emotion get in the way, so I think she would be super at whatever she did.'
Cat Burns

'I knew about her before I read that she was in it and I just think she was a lovely young woman. I liked her, she's a nice vibe.'
Tom Daley

'I love Tom Daley. To be fair, the first contact I had with him was when he message me and it was a video of either him or his partner reacting to me drinking the poison wine, so I sort of have an affinity for him. And his video was hysterical. I almost feel he's a kindred spirit, but I don't know him.
'He'll bring youth and enthusiasm, I think. And I think he'll work hard at it.'
Jonathan Ross

'Let's see.'
Obsessed.
Stephen Fry

'Great. He's going to be brilliant at Faithful or Traitor. I probably would like to see him as a Traitor. I think he would be phenomenal, he's an intelligent man. I don't think he'll allow emotions to cloud his judgement, which is the way to go.'
Words cannot express our excitement.
But seriously, summer, we can wait – stay for a little bit, yeah?
