We're not sure if you've noticed (you will definitely have noticed) but here at heat hq we're pretty Harry Potter obsessed.
And if there's one thing we love more than a Hazza P movie marathon, it's an in-depth discussion about all the weird and wonderful wizarding fan theories there are flying about.
Did you hear the one linking the Deathly Hallows to the Teletubbies?
Or the totes EMOSH revelations about Professor Snape?
We just can't get enough.
For that reason, we've spent an embarrassing amount of time scanning Reddit's r/Harry Potter board to get our fix of Wizarding World trivia.
And one thing that caught our eye was a very festive fan theory – and it actually makes a lot of sense, NGL.
Basically, a number of Reddit users have come up with the idea that our good pal Father Christmas is actually a wizard, hence all his magic ability to deliver everyone in the world presents in just one night.
One Reddit user going by the name of The Sorting Sombrero has very kindly outlined all the proof that Santa is probs a wizard.
This list includes an explanation for FC being able to travel around and get down all those chimneys: floo powder obvs.
And also he's probs a wizard with access to a time turner – how else would you explain ALL the gifts being delivered in just one night?
Do we even need to bring up the undetectable extension charm which St. Nick CLEARLY uses to fit all the prezzies in his sack?
There's NO WAY Father Christmas could do all this if he was a mere muggle.
And there's nothing more Christmassy than a big old dose of Haz Potts, is there?
Hogwarts in the snow, THE GREAT BANQUETS – need we say more?
We think there might be something to this… J.K. Rowling, what are your thoughts, hun?
