But we simply cannot DEAL with the recent realisation that a Friends fan came to and posted on Twitter this week.
Friends fans will remember how little Ben was played by Cole Sprouse, who now plays the rather dishy heartthrob Jughead in Riverdale, after the age of around five or six.

But one particular fan named Lorna Stone came to the realisation that Cole, who celebrated his 26th birthday yesterday, is now older than Jennifer Aniston was when she started playing Rachel Green way back in 1994 at the age of 25.
As if that wasn't enough, she also reminded us that Courteney Cox, who played Monica Geller, is now older than Richard Burke, played by Tom Selleck, was when he played Monica's much-older boyfriend on the show.
Lorna wrote: "Brace yourselves: the actor who played Ben in Friends is now older than Jennifer Aniston was at the start of the series AND Courtney Cox is now older than Richard was on the show. I’m not convinced I understand how time works anymore #mindblown."
Obviously, many others struggled to deal with this brain-melting news.
But there's more. The twins who played Ross and Rachel's daughter, Emma, have resurfaced as 16-year-old actors about to star in acclaimed director Jordan Peele's brand new thriller, Us, starring alongside Lupita Nyong’o, Elisabeth Moss and Winston Duke.
Cali and Noelle Sheldon portrayed little Emma as a toddler, and just celebrated their 16th birthday.
Sigh.
