After recently taking part in Soccer Aid, former England manager Sam Allardyce has reportedly signed up for the show. A source told The Daily Star, "Many football fans will see it as ironic and possibly tragic that he's running around doing tasks for Lord Sugar when he could, and perhaps should, have been leading England in the World Cup."

After a number of successful series of The Apprentice, Celebrity Apprentice first hit our TV screens in 2007, featuring the likes of Cheryl Tweedy, Piers Morgan and Jo Brand. The show returned in both 2008 and 2009, but it wasn't renewed for a further series.

Now, almost a decade on, it's returning in aid of Comic Relief. Although no exact date is known, it's being reported that it will air in early 2019.
