No, no, NO! This is simply not acceptable! Gemma Collins is leaving The Only Way Is Essex to front her own show.
The reality star is said have grown bored of her repetitive role on the series and is planning on becoming a chat show Goddess just like Oprah.
A source told The Sun: “Gemma feels she’s done her time on TOWIE and is keen to try new things. She believes her profile is high enough to jump ship and go it alone.
“There’s even talk she could have her own show with Lime Pictures, who make TOWIE.”
And former car saleswoman Gemma will be off to a good start with the next leg of her television career as she’s rumoured to be heading into the I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! jungle next month.
She's also had successful presenting stints on ITV’s This Morning, has her own plus size clothing range and runs a fashion boutique in her home county of Essex.
But, like fellow current cast member Lydia Bright, she may be back in the future.
The source added: “Gemma hasn’t closed the door completely on TOWIE but there’s lots of other projects she’s being lined up for.”
Gemma, it won’t be the same without you!
