Scarlett Moffatt is having a bit of a moment right now. She first won the hearts of the Nation with her witty one-liners and expressive reactions to all things telly on Gogglebox.
She then went on to be crowned Queen of the Jungle on I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! 2016 and has since landed a load of TV presenting jobs, including co-hosting Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
Yaaaaas Queen.
And now it looks as though another Gogglebox fave is hoping to follow in Scarlett's footsteps and carve out a TV career for herself.
Reverend Kate Bottley has apparently singled up for the next series of Celebrity MasterChef and is even reported to be represented by the same agent as Mary Berry and Claudia Winkleman.
According to The Sun, a source revealed: “Kate is very excited for MasterChef and hopes this will properly launch her career.
“She has already started filming and is having a real blast. The nation will definitely see a new side to her."
Aside from her appearances on Gogglebox, Kate's appearance on Celebrity MasterChef will not be her first solo TV venture.
Last year she made a BBC documentary about biblical figure Judas Iscariot and has taken part in Celebrity Mastermind.
"The documentary was a great way to launch her career but MasterChef will truly cement her in the public sphere," the source added.
