We at heat have been in a perpetual state of mourning since the events of this weekend.

We are speaking, of course, about the eliminations of Ed Balls and Honey G from Strictly and The X Factor.

But we needn't cry too much, because she's revealed an absolutely FOOLPROOF plan to be as successful.

She said: "I'm kind of looking to come in at the level that One Direction came in at. I know that I can create that hype.

"I just need the opportunity to be able to sell the records, get the right PR behind me, get the right team behind me that's really going to blow me up," she continued to The Sun.

"I entered The X Factor because I wanted a record deal. I'm not really interested in anything else apart from getting signed to get a record deal."

She could make more tracks about how good she is in bed.

Honey G has reportedly hired a bodyguard in the wake of her terrifying ordeal during Saturday night's show.

A source told The Sun Online: "Honey’s X Factor journey has really helped expose her as an artist and credible hip-hop star - but it’s also left her vulnerable.

"She was left shaking after Saturday night’s encounter with those Troll Station idiots - but even though she seemed to shrug it off and remain professional, it’s knocked her confidence.
