Like everyone else in the world, like, ever, we're obsessed with The Apprentice atm.

(Can we talk about Harrison's singing last night?! We mean... we literally couldn't cope.)

But one thing we didn't know is that the contestants actually get paid to go on the show. Yup, really. We wish more job interviews involved being payed to live in a multi-million pound mansion, tbh.

Ok, truth be told, they're not getting millions... but the show does give them £200 to get by, according to a report from The Evening Standard.

Apparently, the money is intended to help contestants to pay their bills and mortgages while they're skiving off their jobs, galavanting around London flogging candy floss, and doing various other ridiculous challenges.

Which is pretty nice of Lord Sugar, really - although it's probably nothing compared to the big bucks they usually earn.

Of course, there's also the small matter of the £250,000 business investment for the winner, which might just make up for the weeks they take off work.
