It was time to celebrate for **I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here **bosses last week after they picked up a National Television Award in the Best Challenge Show category.
You can imagine the celebrations from the likes of Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, Amir Khan, Rebekah Vardy, Jamie Lomas and co, but it turns out the cast of 2017 got a little too excited, causing them to LOSE the trophy!
According to insiders, Toff, Coronation Street star Jennie McAlpine, The Saturdays singer Vanessa White and champion boxer Amir Khan had a little too much to drink and misplaced the gong after they were posing for a number of a 'drunken selfies'.
Reports are suggesting bosses are fuming and still haven't located the trophy! OOPS!
We bet trophy selfies will be banned next year! 🙈
As well as being a good night for the** I'm A Celebrity **cast, popular duo Ant and Dec also had a very successful evening.
The Geordie duo won two awards, Best TV Presenter and the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award for their show Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, but it was during their acceptance speech for Best Presenter, that Ant addressed his "tough year" with an emotional speech.
After announcing he was divorcing his wife Lisa just days before, Ant told the audience, “It’s been a very emotional night tonight. It’s been quite a year. It’s been quite a tough 12 months so winning this tonight really means a lot, so thank you for all your support, it really means the world to me, it’s helped me get through.
Ant then turned to his presenting partner Dec, and said, “And thanks to you little guy, I love you man.”
“It has been quite the year,” replied Dec. “So this has really topped it off. Thank you so much to everybody who’s taken the time to vote for us, it is really, really appreciated – possibly this year more than any other
The pair later took to their Instagram page to thank fans by writing 'THANK YOU!!! #nta #emotional #bestfriends #overthemoon' [sic]
Well done boys!
In other Ant and Dec news, the pair have started filming for the brand new series of Britain's Got Talent alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and David Walliams.
According to reports the pair found themselves heroes earlier this week.
During filming for the new series at the London Palladium, Ant and Dec had to put out a fire when a Greek entertainer's act went a little bit wrong!
