I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! fans have been patiently waiting for the teaser of this year's show, and last night they were treated to a glimpse. Ooooh...
Yesterday, Declan Donnelly took to Twitter to announce that a trailer would be dropping during The X Factor ads on Saturday night. He wrote: "Keep your eyes peeled around #TheXFactor tonight, might just be the premiere of this years #ImACeleb promo. Not long now…🇦🇺 D"
The 40-second trailer was then aired last night, and followed the funny story of an Australian father and daughter who were trekking through the jungle while talking about the ‘legend’ of I’m A Celeb.
The daughter asks her dad a series of questions, like: "them eating kangaroo danglies, is that true?" and "finding a face full of fish guts? Finding a croc up their creek?". Her dad confirms they're all true.
The teaser also revealed that this year's show will be starting in November. This is the first hint at an air-date, but a specific start date has not yet been revealed.
Fans were also quick to point out that new presenter Holly Willoughby - who's stepping in for Ant McPartlin this year - was absent from the trailer. Normally, Ant and Dec star in the TV commercials, but it looks like this year ITV are shaking things up. VERY interesting...
But considering that long-time I'm A Celeb presenter Dec was also absent from this year's trailer, we don't think Holly's absence is anything to worry about.
