From awkward AF love triangles to surprise couplings and people flinging their eggs into all kinds of baskets, this series of Love Island is literally giving us life, atm.
We're currently in about 59593 Love Island-related Whatsapp groups, and our friends are under strict instructions to end all social plans by 9pm so we can head home in time for the show and discuss all the shenanigans in said group chat.
Recently we've been particularly interested in those rumours about former Islanders Jessica Shears (previously coupled up with Dom Lever) and Mike Thalassitis. Jess and Mike reportedly slept together just hours after leaving the villa and while Dom was sobbing his eyes out over Jess' departure.
With all the dramz kicking off left, right and centre we thought it was about time we caught up with Jess to find out what life in the villa is really like.
"It's way more organic than I expected," Jess told heat. "We pretty much have our phones with us all the time."
She continued: "We took so many selfies, and Amber, Chloe and Montana text each other all day, every day."
And contrary to Kady McDermott's revelations about life in the villa in 2016, Jess explained there's definitely enough alcohol provided.
She revealed: "You get given enough alcohol so that you enjoy yourself."

"I think one day, Montana ate 14 slices of toast."
