And at the Celebrity Big Brother launch last night, she did just that.
Katie was speaking about new housemate Ray J's VT – where he boasted about his infamous sex tape with Kim Kardashian – when she recalled her own similar tape with Dane Bowers.
Katie famously featured in the home sex tape with Dane a few years ago, and she is not shy about it. In fact, we’ve lost count of how many times she has spoken publicly about it.
She went on to make an X-rated joke about her “toe job” back when she was six months pregnant. And you guessed it, viewers were SHOCKED.
When Rylan - the CBB Bit On The Side host – asked Katie about hers, she joked saying: "Maybe I'd better do a new one, without a toe in there."
Things got even naughtier when Joe Swash, who was also on the programme, admitted that he had seen it.
In response Katie admitted: "I haven't, I was six months pregnant with a swollen clitoris... I'm not interested."
Oh, Katie. We can always count on you to provide some entertainment.
In fact, it actually got viewers a little bit confused.
Whether they were still freaked out by the toe joke or whether the excitement of the evening had got to them – people on Twitter got the wrong end of the stick and thought she was six months pregnant now.
And with ease, rumours of a sixth child for Katie were all over the internet.
