We know what you're thinking. There's something missing from your Saturday nights now that Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway's finished. You're in need of some good ol' fashioned prime time telly, because let's be real going out on a Saturday is overrated and frankly unnecessary.
Well Keith Lemon and Paddy McGuinness have stepped up to the job and joined forces for a brand-new five-part comedy sketch series. And it sounds bloody fab.
The Keith and Paddy Picture Show sees the lads pay tribute to some of their favourite movies of all time in their own, erm, unique and charming way. Each week they take on an iconic film, attempting to recreate some of the most famous scenes with the help of a few celebrity guests.
What could possibly go wrong, eh?
Speaking about their new venture Keith revealed: "I'm so super excited to be working with one of my best pals Paddy McGuinness. Paddy and I spoke about doing this years ago, and the dream is finally becoming a reality. I've stopped eating bread, to make it easier for Paddy to do 'the lift' when we recreate Dirty Dancing."
Paddy also added: “Keith and I have been mates for a long time. We’re both self-confessed movie nuts so paying tribute to some of the most iconic movies scenes of all time is going to be a lot of fun!
"I’ve told him he’ll have to play most of the female roles though – he's got long hair and it'll save us a few quid on wigs!"
The Keith and Paddy Picture Show premiers on ITV on Saturday 6th May at 9:15pm, but in the meantime, here's a little taster of what you can expect from the comedy duo.
