It absolutely goes without question that teen TV reached its prime on Nickelodeon in the mid-Nineties. And, frankly, since then it’s been a slow and painful decline.
We’re not really sure what the kids do these days if they’re not rushing home to catch back-to-back Sister, Sister followed by Sabrina The Teenage Witch and a cheeky ep of Saved By The Bell before dinner.
Also up there with those iconic TV shows is Kenan & Kel (you know, the one with the copious amounts of orange soda?) – which ended over 18 years ago.
The boys, Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson, also stared in sketch show All That – and the cast of that show recently had a little reunion.
Along with cast mates Josh Server and Lori Beth Denberg, Kenan and Kel shared behind-the-scenes shots from an upcoming episode of MTV's gameshow Wild 'N Out.
Kel captioned one of the pictures: "Kenan game face is epic in this pic!! #wildnout."
In other very exciting 90s telly news, Sister Sister IS making a comeback.
Jackée Harry – who played Tia’s mum Lisa – has confirmed the show is getting a reboot, and all the original cast are seemingly on board.
"Yeah, it's happening!" she revealed, after being questioned about the rumours.
"I'm excited. Tia and Tamera [Mowry]... my babies too," she added. "They won't leave me alone. I can't get rid of none of these women!"
Tia also recently spoke out about the prospect of a revival.
"As I know of now, definitely Jackée Harry and Tim Reid will definitely be part of the show,” she revealed back in October.
"I think I would want it to pick up with where our lives are now. We're married with kids. But I definitely would want it to focus on the power of sisterhood.
