Love Island 2021 winner, Liam Reardon, has shared snaps on his Instagram and they are hellish.
Liam had been enjoying time in Thailand exploring with fellow ex-Islanders Aaron Francis and Chuggs Wallis, when it all went very, very wrong.
Liam, who won season seven of the dating show alongside now ex-girlfriend Millie Court, took to Instagram to reveal that he ordered a chicken burger from the hotel restaurant but it was served almost raw.
By raw, we mean it was practically still clucking as Liam bit into it.
"It's our last few days in Thailand and I ordered a friend chicken burger from the hotel, eat half of it and I realised it was completely raw🤢," he wrote.

Liam went on to reveal the effects the food had on him, saying, "Nah look at the state of me🤣 I just wanted a burger, instead I'm looking like a melted Welly.
"Look so butters.
"Look like Bear Grylls when he got bit by that bee🐝"
We sure are glad he was able to see the funny side.
He shared another hot, as in he was sweating profusely, post asking his followers for advice.
Not to fear though guys, Liam was soon back to his dashing self and he hit the gym the very next day, and thanked his followers for the kind words and messages.
