After Little Mix's brand new TV show The Search was forced to postpone the first live show last week, due to a member of the crew testing positive for Covid-19, the show has yet again been thrown into chaos!
As the first live show is now due to air on Saturday 24th October with Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock as mentors, it's now been revealed that Jade won't be in the studio as she's having to self-isolate at home.
The girls, who are due to release their brand new single Sweet Melody on Friday 23rd October, released a statement reading, 'Jade has to self-isolate this week and will therefore be carrying out her role as Mentor on 'Little Mix The Search' from home.
'For this Saturday's show, Jade will participate via a video link, continuing alongside Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Perrie.'
Fans of Little Mix were quick to comment on the post, with many sending their love to Jade. One fan commented, 'hope she okay', with another writing, 'omg stay safe jade & the girls xx'. (sic)
Another wrote, 'looking forward to seeing the show!! hope everyone is keeping safe, that’s what most important right now !! lots of love'.
The news comes just days after the first scheduled live show was postponed due to a member of the crew testing positive for the virus.
The BBC released a statement which read, "We can confirm that a small number of people on the Little Mix The Search production have tested positive for coronavirus and they are now self-isolating following the latest government guidelines.
“Due to the format of the show we have made the decision to postpone Saturday’s programme.
