Airports are pretty bloody stressful – you're probably going to have forgotten about 387472 things, a few of your liquids will almost definitely be over 100ml, and you're pretty much guaranteed to be approximately 46 miles from your gate.

But Lisa Riley 100% wins the biggest mare at the airport prize (were such a competition to exist), as she has revealed she once had to be WEIGHED before she boarded the plane.

She said during Loose Women: “It was in Kathmandu, I’m mortified about the scales even now.

"They were weighing us to see where we would go on the plane.

"I was the biggest person and it felt dreadful.

"I don’t want that feeling again because it’s embarrassing."

Lisa recently lost HALF her bodyweight (going from a size 30 to a 14 – wowzers) and she said she "ditched the booze" as part of her healthy regime.

"It’s like I’ve been re-programmed, so when I see the booze now I see fat Lisa."

In (kind of) related news, Nikki Grahame and Pete Bennett went on Loose Women the other day, and it was rilly weird.

If you have somehow managed to get through life without knowing who these people are (which is UNACCEPTABLE if you're old enough to read this), the unlikely couple got together during the series, despite their vastly different lives and Nikki's love of tantrums.

They obviously split up about two seconds after leaving the show, and they haven't had a great deal of contact since. As far as we know.

We don't know who's idea it was to get them on Loose Women, but we approve.

They had a really awkward hug, then Pete said the following really awkward statement: "We used to see each other a lot, but then she got all famous and I haven’t heard from her. Where's my phone call?"

Nikki just kind of smiled.

Pete also invites Nikki to join his celebrity cleaning company (did you know he had a celebrity cleaning company? Read more HERE).

We think Nikki would be literally the last person we'd employ to clean our house.
