Louis Tomlinson got emotional during last night's episode of The X Factor after an audition reminded his of his mum Johannah, who sadly died from leukaemia in 2016.
A contestant named J-Sol opened up about losing his mum, saying: "I suddenly lost my mum in 2015.
"Seeing my mum pass in her bed... you just have to appreciate the ones you have because you never know.
He said that his mum had always wanted him to audition for the show.
"Once I've done I'll have nothing left of hers to complete. It kind of feels final."
After impressing the judges with his original song, Louis got on stage and said: "That was moving for me man, I lost my mum as well. I think you did an amazing job."

He also added: "That is the power of music that you can write such a beautiful song that has touched us all on this panel.
"It was absolutely brilliant, it was moving you're a legend for what you've just done. thank you so much for sharing that with us."
