It won’t come as a surprise to you that quite a few of the Love Island contestants have been in the spotlight before.
Whether they’ve dated famous footballers (cough cough Montana Brown), had talks with Towie producers(Chloe Crowhurst), or been a reality TV star before they even entered the villa (Jamie Jewitt was in Taking New York, ICYMI), they've all got some sort of link to the celebrity life.
But now another Islander’s brush with fame has been revealed… and it’s going to seriously blow your mind.
Yup, turns out Kem Cetinay has actually been in a Shell advert before.
And it’s cringey AF.
In the video, Kem and his barber friend Myles explain the difference between petrol and diesel, and it’s got some GREAT HAIR SIMILIES.
Yep, it’s a bit of a weird advert, tbh. We would have been so much more down for a singing cameo with the Go Compare guy (literally...imagine that!)
But then again, Kem could make a video watching paint dry, and we’d probs find it entertaining. He’s a certified babe, after all.
Naturally, Kem spends half the advert mucking around, cracking jokes, and even doing some beatboxing. (See that Stormzy? Maybe he can join you on your next record alongside Chris?!)
And from the looks of Twitter, it seems like his acting debut has been a serious hit:
