Jake Cornishgot Love Island fans suspecting that he was playing up to the camera in last night’s episode as he was seen telling girlfriend Liberty Poole in bed to “remember we are on a TV show”.
The conversation came after Tyler Cruickshank asked Kaz Kamwi to be exclusive but when Liberty wanted to go celebrate with her, Jake held her back. It was all a bit AWKS.
Liberty found this strange and began questioning if it could have been because he was trying to play up for the cameras or that he wanted Tyler and Kaz to have their moment.
Liberty later confronted Jake in bed and said, "I know you say sometimes, like, remember we are on a TV show but at the same time what makes it good is just you being yourself, do you know what I mean?
"And tonight, me wanting to run up and hug Kaz as soon as she came down the stairs, it was a natural reaction for me."

And now former Love Island star Sam Gowland, who appeared on the 2017 series alongside Olivia Attwood, has given his thoughts on how he thinks Jake is definitely playing up to the cameras.
Sam revealed that contestants are not allowed to refer to “being on camera” so the show seems more natural – so the fact Jake and Liberty’s conversation made the final cut of the episode must mean that Jake has mentioned cameras many times.
He tweeted, “So a little TV knowledge for you here… when filming you’re strictly not allowed to talk about 'being on camera' or anything related to being on TV.
“So for Love Island to actually air Liberty saying that, Jake must have been playing up to the camera for some time, believe me.”

Many Love Island viewers agreed with Sam, with one saying, “Liberty is waking up! Jake has been playing up to the cameras from day one. This man is not who you think he is. #loveisland.”
Another added, “I am so happy that Liberty has finally clocked onto the fact that Jake is acting for the cameras. She is so brilliant #LoveIsland.”
Liberty is currently having doubts about boyfriend Jake despite being coupled up since the very first day and a teaser clip for Friday night’s episode sees Jake admit that he finds Millie Court and Mary Bedford attractive and that "things haven’t been the same between them since Casa Amor".
Jake was also left feeling a little shocked when it was revealed that his heart rate was raised the most by Millie in the sexy heart rate challenge, not Liberty.
