Last’s night episode of Love Island shocked up to the CORE.
After the Muggy Mike/Chris/Olivia (aka Liv Island) love triangle FINALLY came to an end, we thought everything was okay in paradise. Everyone seemed to have found a partner, even if it was just as mate, and the gang got the bevs out and started to have a bit of a party.
What could possibly go wrong?
QUEUE FLACK ATTACK!!!!!
In walked Caroline Flack, and as Montana pointed out, when she arrives you know something is going to hit the fan. And she was right. After the couples with the least amount of public votes were revealed, the safe girls decided that Mike should get the boot, while the boys evicted Jess.
:’( RIP JESSOM/DOMESS
However, every cloud has it’s silver lining, even if it does mean one of the island’s power couples has to leave.
Jonny and Camilla were one of the first couples to be saved by the public vote and it looks like the event might have brought them closer together.
HORRAY.
In tonight’s episode we see Jonny contemplate giving his relationship with Camilla a second chance.
Speaking in the beach hut he says: “It puts things in perspective when you have a real surprise vote out like that and I think it does bring people closer together. I can’t put my finger on it but I definitely felt something going on last night. It’s one of those things that’s quite inexplicable. But I think it’s worth finding out today.”
And it looks this wasn’t just a passing thought.
Talking to Marcel in the garden, Jonny admits he’s been having second thoughts about Camilla:
“I was sitting there when Caroline was talking literally grabbing her (Camilla’s) hand so hard. I might try and get back together with her.”
Obviously we think this is the best news ever, and it looks like Love Island's cupid thinks so too, as Camilla shortly gets a text telling her she's got a DATE WITH JONNY!!!!
Tune into Love Island at 9pm on ITV2 tonight to see what happens.
