Love Island's Megan Barton-Hanson has spoken out about her plastic surgery past in a revelatory interview with Grazia magazine. The 24-year-old, who was a runner-up on this year's Love Island with her boyfriend Wes Nelson, has made no secret of the fact that she's had some cosmetic treatments in the past.

Whilst she was in the villa, old photos of Megan pre-surgery were unearthed and shared around the internet - but now she's back on the outside, what did she think about the way people were talking about her?

Speaking in the interview with Grazia, Megan revealed that she's not bothered about people lying, and doesn't see why it was made into such a big deal.

"I worked so hard to get all the money I could and I feel like I can spend it any way I want," she said. "If it makes me feel better I don’t know why that’s seen as a negative thing?"

But Megan wasn't unhappy with the way she looked before, saying: "I was still beautiful in my own way back then, I’ve just changed a few things. I was comfortable then and I’m comfortable now."

Well. That's that!
