Love Island: Terry and Emma BLAST Sophie as they’re booted off the show

The wrap party is going to be sooo interesting

Tonight, viewers watched in glee / shock / indifference (delete depending on how right you are about them) as Terry Walsh and Emma-Jane Woodham were evicted from Love Island.

Terry has been swanning around for weeks like cock of the villa, and Emma may well have been feeling pretty smug since both Tom Powell and Sophie Gradon left, so it probably came as a bit of a shock to find themselves one of the two least popular pairs in the show.

And to be beaten by Adam Maxted and Katie Salmon who've been a couple for pretty much hours – ouchy.

Still, Terry and Emma used their Love Island exit interviews in the most noble and traditional of ways: by bitching about their enemies and saying they regret nothing.

First up, we spoke to them about our show queen Sophie who has been on a bit of a Twitter rant about her truncated time in the villa.

"Sophie’s probably just bored because she’s at home with nothing left to do," Emma seethed.

And Terry took the opportunity to stick the knife in too: "Sophie’s a bit of a hypocrite," he told us.

"There were a few situations where she was digging me out about me and Emma, saying about how dreadful it was to Malin [Andersson]. She’s one to talk."

And, of course, we had to talk to them about that sex scene that saw Emma riding Terry like a bucking bronco in full view of everyone.

"Me and Emma - we’re both adults, obviously we were in bed together and one thing led to another," Tel told us.

"It was more tactical than anything, we were told if it happened on top of the quilts then it couldn’t be aired so…

"And it's happened a lot, on top of the quilts. Trust me, in more than one couple."

So, what next for probably this series' most controversial pair?

"We’ve left together and we’re still together," Tel said.

Good luck with that one, guys.

*Love Island continues on Sunday night at 9pm on ITV2. *
