Love Island’s Tina Stinnes: ‘Everyone turned on Sophie’

Not in the sex way

There were sad scenes in the Love Island villa tonight.

Tina Stinnes, who has battled against adversity (Troy Frith) during her time on the show was booted out when her partner, Adam Maxted, recoupled with Katie Salmon.

How rude.

Tina managed to be lady-like about the situation however, and told us: "Obviously, it’s not ideal but there’s a genuine connection between them.

"I really got along with Katie and I think Adam should make that final try with someone while he’s in there. I don’t have any hard feelings, I’m not annoyed."

What a woman.

And Katie does perhaps deserve another crack at the whip after her friendship coupling with Sophie Gradon ended badly.

In fact, Sophie told heat that one of the reasons she left was so that Katie would have a chance to crack on with someone else.

And, speaking of our Love Island queen, Tina told us something about Sophie that we have suspected.

"Everyone did turn on Sophie," she told us of the cast-mates' treatment of our Geordie queen after Tom Powell left.

"I think she was being genuine; sometimes you do get confused, everyone gets confused, it was hard on people to understand exactly what she’d done.

"She didn’t know what she wanted but she’s not a horrible person."

Is right, Tina.

But what's next for the woman who did not find love on Love Island?

Will we see her in Made in Chelsea again?

"Oh god no, definitely not," she told us.

Which seems a shame.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.

Have you seen how hot the voice-over guy is though? Blimey.
