Love Island fans rejoiced last night when Dr Alex George finally enjoyed a kiss with new girl Ellie, after two weeks of constant rejections. After going on a date with the Geordie girl and then making her breakfast, it seems Alex is completely smitten with Ellie and just couldn't stop thinking about that kiss... even when he went to sleep.

Viewers of the show were left in hysterics when the night vision cameras filmed Alex sleeping, before he appeared to make a 'kiss' motion with his lips...

Of course, fans couldn't help but talk about the moment on Twitter, with many confessing their love for the doctor.

Bless him! 😍

After seeing Alex's confidence hit rock bottom last week, viewers were over the moon when new girl Ellie expressed interest in him.

However, despite admitting she enjoyed her date and shared a little kiss with the doctor, Alex may have competition from Wes. Despite being coupled up with Laura since the start, Wes admitted to Ellie that he would like to get to know her, leaving Laura fuming.

He said, "If you want to get to know me, I'm happy to give it my 100% back. I'm not going to hold back, just because I'm in a couple."

In last night's sneak-peak, it seems Wes and Laura's romance could be on the rocks, and with another recoupling looming, who knows what will happen!

Meanwhile, Jack and Dani seem to be the only couple who are getting along at the moment, with Dani admitting to Rosie on last night's show that she wishes all of the boys 'could be like Jack'.

Aww! 💑
