A new trailer for the long-awaited sequel to the hit 1964 film Mary Poppins has been released and we now can't wait to see the film! Mary Poppins Returns is a new film starring Emily Blunt taking over from Julie Andrews in the iconic role of Mary Poppins and will be released in UK cinemas on the 21st December 2018.

Mary Poppins Returns is set around 20 years after the original, in the era of the Great Depression. It follows Jane (Emily Mortimer) and Michael (Ben Whishaw) Banks, now both grown up, with Michael's three children.

In Disney’s Mary Poppins Returns, Mary Poppins is back to help the next generation of the Banks family find the joy and wonder missing in their lives following a personal loss. Emily Blunt stars as the practically-perfect nanny with unique magical skills who can turn any ordinary task into an unforgettable, fantastic adventure.
