Mel B wasn’t once called Scary Spice for nothing and the X Factor audience got a glimpse of her fiery side on Sunday after her contestant Jake Quickenden was voted off the show.
But the talent show judge has spoken out to defend her outburst, which saw her burst into tears and storm off the stage after hearing the news.
She told the Metro: “I just wanted to go into the corner and cry, just for two seconds.
“I’m close to all my boys. I am an emotional person. I work hard and they work bloody hard.
“I wasn’t throwing my chair up in the air or throwing water over people. I just shed a few tears.”
Aww, maybe not so Scary after all?

Adam: "I lined Mel’s lips with a dark lip pencil - this helps prevent colour bleeding out of your lipline. Another top tip is to apply lipstick in layers, allowing each layer to dry in between as it keeps the colour stronger for longer."
