Olly Murs shows of he's got The X Factor and a little more after transforming his body in just 12 weeks.
The ITV show co-host thought he used to be a "bloody fatty" prior to getting himself some abs. We loved you before and after Olly!
Fitness instructor Rob Sulley posted a before and after picture of Olly on Twitter, captioned: "This is @ollyofficial after 12 weeks training with me, three times a week before the #neverbeenbettertour Go Olly!!!!"
In August, Olly told the Mirror: "I've lost two stone. I've been training loads and working out.
"Trust me if you look at a picture of me last year, you'll go 'bloody hell what a fatty'."
And Olly's former girlfriend wasn't a fan of abs.
Olly told *Fabulous: *"The missus doesn't like six-packs, so she's not a big fan. She misses the comfort belly, something to snuggle up to!"
We must say Olly lad, PHWOAR.
