When we think of Strictly Come Dancing, penis is not the first thing that springs to mind.

Other than in the Jake Wood year, obvs.

But now Strictly and wang will forever be linked in our minds after BBC Sport FITLORD Ore Oduba has admitted that he's caught it right on the cock during rehearsals for the dancing show.

Blimey.

"I’ve had a couple of moments with my penis," Ore said, getting straight to the, ahem, point.

"Last week I rammed myself downstairs into the pole before the cha cha routine."

We're guessing that was not part of the routine put together by his professional dance partner Joanne Clifton.

“This week there’s an umbrella and there’s pump action — it worked backwards and again same area, same pain, same mistake," Ore continued to The Sun.

“Every week there’ll be a downstairs moment. I’m taking an absolute beating."

Still, hitting little Ore (or not so little unless our eyes deceive us – and let's face it, we're peen experts, albeit self-appointed ones) doesn't appear to have affected his fancy footwork. Phew.

In related *Strictly *news: Danny Mac has strongly denied that the show is fixed following claims from former dancer James Jordan that producers favour some of the professionals with celebs who have a background in dance.

Elsewhere in TV land, the first X Factor live show song choices have been REVEALED. Some of them are right good and some of them are right shit. In many ways (one way), it's an analogy for the yin and yang of life.

And a Love Island star has revealed a radical new look. Has she made the change so she can get her hands on a cheeseburger? We investigate (we don't really – we just speculate about it a bit and make jokes).

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.20pm on BBC1.
