Rapper Afroman has been arrested for assault after apparently punching a woman in the face without provocation at one of his gigs.
The shocking incident happened last night at the concert in Biloxi, Mississippi, and was caught on film – which instantly went viral as people shared the horrific images around the web.
From what we can see in the footage, the woman managed to get on stage during Afroman’s set and started dancing next to him.

But without any visible warning, the Because I Got High musician then turns to her and punches her square in the face, sending her sprawling backwards.
According to TMZ, police “eventually” stopped the show and hauled Afroman off stage, before arresting him on suspicion of assault outside the gig venue. He has since been released after paying a $330 bond.
The woman was apparently left bleeding and crying after the alleged attack, but managed to get to her feet without any help.
Afroman’s rep told TMZ that the rapper didn’t know whether the stage invader was male or female, adding that there was a lack of security to keep fans off the stage.
