We were watching Hannah Montana long after it was no longer deemed socially acceptable and would consider ourselves Miley Stewart mega-fans. However, we had absolutely no idea Paris Hilton’s new fiancé, Chris Zylka, played a mega teen heartthrob in the show.
Chris played Gabe Lamotti (you know, the one with the swimmer’s body?) in two episodes of Hannah Montana back in 2008 and we reckon it’s his finest work tbh.
Although, shamefully failing to pick up on this trivia ourselves, an eagled-eyed Twitter made us all aware or Chris’ Disney background.
“Just want to make sure everyone is aware that the guy Paris Hilton is engaged to is none other than Hottie Lamottie with the swimmers body from Hannah Montana,” @FreddyAmazin tweeted.
And the Twittersphere was shook.
Paris announced her engagement to actor and model Chris – who’s also starred in 90210 and The Amazing Spider-Man – on 2nd January 2018.

“I am so excited to be engaged to the love of my life and my best friend. I have never felt so happy, safe and loved. He is perfect for me in every way and showed me that fairytales really do exist!” she wrote on Twitter.
Paris then shared a picture of the proposal with her fans.
Chris popped the question while the couple were out on the slopes during their skiing holiday in Aspen, Colorado over the weekend.
Speaking to People magazine, Chris added: “Paris is the most beautiful and incredible woman both inside and out.
"I feel like the luckiest man in the world to be marrying my dream girl. I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together.
