Remember when Paul Danan (of Hollyoaks fame) first appeared on Love Island back in 2005? It was incredible. He was erratic, outspoken and generally a bit of a berk. But we LOVED him.
From being set up with feisty Sophie Anderton to fighting with another Hollyoaks actor, Lee Ottoway and having to be escorted off set by security after having one too many cocktails – Pauls’ legacy is hard to forget.
They let him back onto the show in 2006 and now, nine years later, he’s returning again as it’s been confirmed that he will make his first appearance on the ITV2 show tonight.
Sadly, Paul won’t be let loose in the villa but will be sat next to Caroline Flack, offering up his opinion on the remaining islanders and discussing what he thinks about the series so far. It definitely wasn’t as exciting as his.
Joining Paul and Caroline are TOWIE’s Ferne McCann and James and Ola Jordan.
