Peter Kay's British sitcom Phoenix Nights could be making a comeback to our TV screens, according to his good friend and former cast member Paddy McGuinness.

The popular show, which aired in the UK in 2001 and 2002, was about a working men's club called The Phoenix Club located in Bolton, Greater Manchester, and it certainly captivated the laughs of the nation in the early noughties.

Despite the show coming to an end a massive 17 years ago, Take Me Out host Paddy has now hinted at a third series, starring the original cast.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Paddy has hinted that the original cast are 100% up for a reunion, but admitted it's hard to find the time.
