Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag
The original reality couple, Spencer and Heidi - or Speidi as they are widely known - defied all their friends and family to stay together after rising to fame on MTV's The Hills. After much drama the couple wed on the show in 2009 and the next year Heidi filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was called off in September after the two confessed it was all a publicity stunt.
Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger
The first two series of TOWIE basically revolved around this pair's extremely volatile relationship. After getting together as kids the two were the subject of multiple cheating rumours and one even caused Lauren to push Mark into a swimming pool - all caught on camera, of course. After an ill-fated engagement in 2011 Lauren and Mark finally called things off for good. Mark is now married to Michelle Keegan while Lauren is loved up with boyfriend Jake.
Megan McKenna and Pete Wicks
The newest TOWIE super-couple is none other than Ex On The Beach's Megan McKenna and Pete "The Pirate" Wicks. Pete's boys didn't seem thrilled by his new lady on the show but it doesn't seem to be affecting them too much. Megan recently said: "We're not official, but it's still early days - we wouldn't want to put a label on it too soon. But he's met my dog, I've met his dogs, and that's a big step for us because we're dog lovers."
Chantelle and Preston
Chantelle Houghton became the first ever non-celeb to enter Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 - going in under the guise of being a pop star. As well as winning the show, Chantelle struck up a relationship with The Ordinary Boys’ Samuel Preston the pair were married within a year of exiting the house. Unfortunately by 2007 the couple had divorced.
Gary Beadle and Charlotte Crosby
Where do we even start with these two?!Ever since Geordie Shore made its debut on MTV in 2011, Charlotte and Gaz have been the show’s on-going love story. Despite never actually being an official couple, these two have been up-and-down more times than…we’re not sure there’s anything we can compare it to actually. The pair seemed to be “on” as recently as last week but after pictures of Gaz grabbing a girl’s backside on a night out surfaced it looks like these two are still a long way away from a happy ending…
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom
On September 27, 2009, Khloe Kardashian married NBA basketball player Lamar Odom - exactly one month after they met. The wedding was of course filmed for Khloe’s family’s show - Keeping up With The Kardashians. They went on to star in their own spin-off show and even launched a unisex fragrance together. In December 2013, after months of speculation and rumours of Lamar’s cheating, Khloe filed for divorce. Divorce papers were signed by both parties in July 2015 but they hadn’t received final approval from a judge when Lamar was hospitalized after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel in October 2015. Khloe withdrew her pending divorce petition so she could make medical decisions on Lamar’s behalf. They’ve since been spotted out together on numerous occasion…we’re sooooo hoping these two can work it out!
Ricky Rayment and Marnie Simpson
After a bitter split from TOWIE co-star Jessica Wright Essex Bad Boy Ricky fell for Geordie Shore's Marnie in early 2015. After meeting at the NTAs they quickly fell in love and even got engaged on Geordie Shore after just six-months together! Alas, it was not meant to be and the pair had a nasty split after Ricky accused his former fiance of cheating on him. Marnie has since been spotted out wit Ex On The Beach’s Jordan.
Peter Andre and Katie Price
Katie and Peter were the absolute highlight of 2004’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! The pair’s chemistry was evident from the get-go and after exiting the jungle they married in an extravagant ceremony in September 2005. The couple had two children together – Junior and Princess – but unforunately announced they were separating in 2009. Andre has recently remarried and Price married her third husband, Kieran, in 2013. Things were pretty bitter between the two up until this year but they've now decided to put the past behind them.
Stevie Ritchie and Chloe-Jasmine Whichello
X Factor contestants Stevie Ritchie and Chloe-Jasmine Whichello may not have fared well talent-wise but they did leave the 11th series of the show with each other. Just seven months after the show wrapped, the pair announced their engagement. An...interesting..appearance on Celebrity Big Brother followed but we're still waiting on them heading down that aisle!
Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards
Ok so these two are a little different from the other couples but former One Direction member Zayn and Little Mix star Perrie did in fact meet on the X Factor. The pair first crossed paths when 1D performed on the show while Little Mix were contestants and got together shortly after. In 2013 news broke that they were engaged but in 2015, just months after Zayn quit One Direction, the wedding was off. Zayn has since started seeing supermodel Gigi Hadid.
