Robert Downey Jr has surprised one little boy with a brand new robotic arm while dressed as his Iron Man character Tony Stark – and the resulting video might do strange things to your eyes.

The Hollywood actor met up with Alex, a seven-year-old boy who was born with a partially developed right arm, to present him with a biotic limb like Stark wears in the Marvel trilogy.

It was all part of a #CollectiveProject supported by Microsoft Office, and the student who designed the arm, Albert Manero, printed it from a 3D printer and gave it to Alex for free.

Now watch the video and feel your body instantly dehydrate as you weep with sheer joy.
